Departs from the terminus at Croydon Post Office and runs via Main Street, Mt Dandenong Road, Hawthory Road, Cambridge Road, Manchester Road, Maroondah Highway, Main Street (Lilydale), Anderson Street, Swansea Road, Hereford Road, Birmingham Road, Swansea Road, Mt Dandenong Road, Springfield Road, Hewish Road and Main Street to the terminus at Croydon Post Office.
